I eat so much junk food I really do. I can see that now since I've been tracking my diet. And I also realize that I dont eat no kind of balanced meal. For breakfast I may have 20 calories, 300 for lunch, 300 for "afternoon snack", and like 1000 for dinner because I try to keep my calorie intake at 1700 a day so I dont lose weight.
My goal isn't to lose weight. I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I read online its damn near impossible to do them both at the same time so I decided I want to gain muscle first then lose fat then gain more muscle and so on until my body is satisfactory to me.
Right now I may be thin but I know my body has more fat than muscle. So I must tone, tone, tone.
