Thanksgiving and Birthday Woes

Well, Thanksgiving was Day 1 of my life in FitClick and I didn't do too poorly. I did go WAY over my carb allowance, but that was to be expected. After dinner settled my daughter and I went to the gym and worked out. I did a total of 30 min. cardio and then another 30 minutes of circuit weight training.

Friday was another story. It was my 49th birthday and my coworkers brought Panera bagels to work for me (a weakness of mine). I also had mac and cheese for lunch with my crab cakes. After work came happy hour and then my bf and I went out to eat and drink and dance. I gave up trying to count carbs..... Had a great time though!

So today I get serious about both my workout and diet. I plan to do 30 min on the elliptical today instead of resting as my plan has me scheduled to do. I need Mon and Tue as my rest days as I work out of town those days and have no access to any kind of equipment. All I can do is some calisthenics or yoga/pilates on those days.
