Week 6 Weigh-In BLO

Well, Sunday marked our 6th week weigh-in...YIKES!
My loss for that period was 5.6lbs, putting me at 14.5lbs to date...not too shabby...I continue to lose inches everywhere and am seeing a huge difference in what I can wear and my energy levels...
I changed personal Trainers almost 2 weeks ago due to scheduling conflicts, and I have to say, I LOVE...L -O -V- E him....he is tough but reasonable...he doesn't do anything that is dangerous to my ankle or my herniated disk...he works my ass off and I feel it...in a great way...
I told him that when I hit 169lbs I wanted to reward myself...I decided to take my siter's advice and reward myself with a facial...although I really want a massage which really helps with the weight loss thing, so it would be like a reward and an aid...so leave me your comments and maybe I will be persuaded to change :)
I also noticed that my daughter, who is following the same nutrtion plan as I am, for the most part...when at home anyway...has lost 2.2kg since we started...she exercises with me and eats with me....so I think this has been a positive experience for her...overall.
Anyway...YAY me for another great loss....
Oh...I am in 3rd place now....my % losst is 7.54 and the girl that is in second place has lost 7.55....
I MUST CRUSH HER!!!! LOL
