I asked my husband to create a fitness program for me. He was reluctant because he didn't want me to think he felt I needed to lose weight for any reason other than my health.
He's discussed things with the docs at work and given me a plan to get me started and to assess my current levels. He stress how important it was to track things... so I joined a few sites today to check them out. This one was by far the best for what I was looking for.
I've done my workout and added more to it because I'm also tracking household chores.
The other thing I did was try to find some groups of other people with as much to lose as I do. This is going to be a long journey so it'll be nice to have encrouagement from others on the road with me.
