Disheartening, but Encouraging!

Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 9:42 PM filed under Diet & Nutrition postings you read in my status, I found out that not only does what I eat daily make me gain weight.  Even though what I thought I ate today was ok, I was way off.  I even discovered that putting some hot chocolate powder in my coffee in the morning is just piling on more calories.....uuuuggggghhhhh.  I have to go to basic coffee for a while....oh well, at least coffee alone with a little sugar isnt too bad.  That part definitely motivates me to drink more water....0 calories ha ha!   
Does anyone have any meals that are low in fat but also very filling....?
I am open to any tips or advice to help me...
