First Day

Wow, I am sore...the good kind if there is such a thing.  I started doing treadmill and went 45 minutes on an incline of 6 at a speed os 4.0 for the most part. 
A whole lot of sweat!
Then it was off to the weights.  Weights were easy.  I may look at changing up the routine. 
Sat in the steam room for 15 minutes and then hot tub for 10. 

I feel great.
