Trying to get my weight back up... take any help and advice i can get.

Hello all. i decided that although i don't really do resolutions, i do want to get my weight and muscles back up to par. i am currently 157 at age 30 and used to be a cool 168 nice and cut. i fell off the last couple of years and instead of obtaining a beer belly, i just got skinnier. i cut back tremendously on the drinking and have a basic weight lifting set at home (no bench, just long bar, 2 short bars and some weights). i need massive calorie intake and need any advice, pointers and guidance that anyone can give. even if u are no longer "big" and u strive to lose weight, help me to do the things that u do not do. i searched all over to find a site like this and now i am gonna be on here as much as i do on face book. add me as a friend here or there, IM me or whatever u choose to do. let me know what to eat, how many times to eat, what excersises to focus on and if needed, what type of supplements i can take. i need all the support i can get and will be open minded too.
