First Day

Today is my first day, I have set up my workout routine and cardio.  Will be going tonight to the gym.  I am going to take measurements.  My goal is to lose 20 lbs and most of that is in the middle.  I am going to stick to this plan for the next 60 days and hopefully I will look and feel better.  I am 46 years old and suffer with high blood pressure and sleep anpnea.  I have been told by my doctor that if I do lose twenty pounds my health will get better.
