Stay fit and feel better is not a joke, but a behavior modification. Knowing the effect of food and the kind of portions always followed. I got too busy to keep up with schedules and stress, start eating anywhere, whatever etc........
Time is flying, I don't want to be sick n tired or want to be looking stressed or over weight.........
that won't be no fun....so trying to discipline with some meals and guidance I can adopt.......
I am right here with yall......to get rid off my addiction to Rice........and let me be more healthy.......I mean boooooootiful......
