La Fitness Wyomissing PA

Looking for others interested in losing weight to workout together at LA Fitnss in Wyomissing PA. I have been working out there for the last few weeks and it is a lot better then the old gym I was going to, The other gym was a basic gym, not much training available all younegr kids working the front desk and what can ya say it was ony $10 a moth, it's the old story you get what you pay for. Now I have endless equipment to workout on, freewights and there are actually personal traines who will assit you in learning a machine or exercise and you don't even have to pay them, (butof course you can hire them too). Again I am hoping to find some others both make and female to join me in a workout a few times a week, it's always better when others are depending on you to make it go smoother while working out.
