Today was pretty good as far as diet and exercise. Did another good walk on the treadmill that felt good.
Getting a little frustrated with myself for not having more self control during times. I worked really hard to get 8 lbs off only to quickly put 4 back on. I know exactly how just need to work on not letting myself not be accountable. One of my friends pointed out that the planning seemed good. I was doing that in the beginning and have gradually started putting in my diet as I went. Going to go back to that and see what happens.
Goals for Day 21: 4 bottles of water, eat the plan, avoid temptation.
