I feel like I've always been motivated to get in shape and eat right, but until now, I've never really known how. I'd like to think that I'm in pretty decent shape, but I rarely work out and I definitely don't eat right.
Now that the new year has begun, one of my new year's resolutions is a pretty typical one: workout more and get in shape. I'd like to get motivated and really start changing my lifestyle so I can be healthier and feel better about myself. I have set small goals for myself, and I hope that through FitClick, I can stay on track and keep myself accountable.
I'm looking forward to getting ideas from everyone on here and trying to keep my food options creative so I won't fall back to the normal junk food and lazy choices. Thanks to everyone for workout and diet ideas that I've already gotten!
