Hello all!
I am going through a bad time right now....my son passed away on Christmas day and we had a memorial service for him this afternoon.
The hardest part will be in waiting for the results of his autopsy,which will take up to 10 weeks and in making arrangement for his cremation:(
I had been doing so well on my food tracking.....and my doctor has been so pleased, because I have managed to get my blood sugar levels back within normal range( I am a diabetic), losing weight and lowered my A1C level....but needless to say, have allowed myself, during my grief, to get sidetracked :(
But I am back and tomorrow I resolve to begin tracking my meals and to begin eating properly:)
