Going to try to keep track of what I eat every day for a month and go from there. So far I like what I see on this site. There is a lot of information and a lot of sites out there, so I just decided to pick one and try to stick with it. Really don't know much about how many calories are in this or that or even what fats are good and which are bad. I would like to lose 20 to 25 pounds by eating healthy and exercising, and make a change in my habits that I know will be a life change to my overall health. The biggest issue I think I am going to have is tracking how much I eat since I have been a big eater my whole life. I have work all over, from bush camps in northern Canada to the deserts in Libya and Egypt and people have always wondered where I put it all, since I am only 5ft 5 inches but I do have a stocky build. Like I am sitting here with a big mug of coffee and I just think of it as a cup of coffee when it is really like three cups of coffee. Well time for breakfast.
