A New Year has begun and with it I have decided that I would like to have a new me. One my kids can be proud of. I have begun to work out daily and as of today I am going to start counting my calories. I have noticed that it is easier if I do plan my meals in advance and then all I have to do is fix them all the calories and everything is already counted for me.
One of my things that I need to do is to start drinking water again. I don't know why I don't drink very much of it. I like water. I guess the addiction to the caffeine in the soda is stronger than the like of water that I have.
I don't want my girls to grow up and put on weight like I did. I want them to lead a healthy lifestyle from the beginning.
Robbie needs to take measures to improve his health. He wants to gain weight because he is very skinny but he is going about it the wrong way. I would like for him to try using protein powder instead of eating large amounts of fatty food in order to gain the weight. Even exercise would help him. He doesn't believe that from me. I really do know what I am talking about. I just wish he would take my advice every once in a while instead of just ignoring me all the time.
