This is a great way to monitor my progress and I love the tools and the sense of community here. I have pretty high cholesterol for my age (6.8) even though my weight and height are fine. This goes to show that we cannot assume that a slim(ish) person is 100% healthy and on track.
Having said that, I am highly determined to beat my high cholesterol levels with a solid diet plan and a good exercise regime. If it means spending a little more time on cooking healthy meals and choosing the right foods, if it means spending more money eating omega 3 rich fish rather than chicken/pork/beef, if it means engaging a personal trainer to get me going, it's a worthwhile investment.
