How does this work?

          My name is Dawn, I work full time, and i am a mother of four (ages 12 to 17)..I'm 34 years old,need to lose about 80lbs..

          The weight started when i started having children, then after my last child i kept the weight the same, until i stopped smoking (which will be my third year this year) i gained a lot of weight.

         I'm on my sixth day of changing my eating habits, and now i need to add working out...(fingers crossed that i can do it) working out is not something i enjoy motivation for that.. =)

       So right now i need help figuring out this i make my own meal plane ex...and this just keeps track of everything?
What about the grocery list, do i pick from that, or buy all of it?
