Whoo-ee! I just did the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. I had to skip the toning sessions afterward because I was too wiped out, but it will keep for another day! I know I am going to hurt, but it felt so good to sweat like that! So far, I have been doing pretty well. It is still hard for me to keep the calories below 1550, but I was eating well over 2000 a day before, and not exercising, so it is still making a difference. I have lost 3 pounds so far! Not much in the grand scheme of things, but if I could lose 5 my first week it would be such an awesome motivator. Not to mention I might actually be able to button my pants comfortably!
