Day two

Started the day like alway, dressing my daughter and walking her to kindergarden. Because she is only 18months old I have to hold her (it´s too difficault for her to walk in the snow and upphill) and she is 13kg, so I´m walking for about 8 min. with her in my hands first thing in the morning. It was a bit difficault for me this morning... my hands were acing for some reason but I did in anyway.
Went to the gym and ran, did crunches and got on a bicycle and did hard cardio on it. For some reason I can´t put the right exercise in my workout tracker... but that does not matter ;) I know I´m doing good.
Morning: Herbalife blended with 100ml of superberry juice, 1/8 of banana and water.
Lunch: Herbalife blended with 200ml homemaid fruit juice and water.
Coffe: 15g of mixed unsalted nuts, 1 clementine and 1 cup of baked cellery root with bit of salt.
Dinner: 40 grams of toasted whole grain bread, 50 grams of tuna, 40 grams of boiled egg and 300 grams fresh vegetable (cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper and some iceberg salat).
I felt a bit hungry today, around coffe time... but I ignored it! I don´t know why I do that cause I have like 300 ccal left to be "safe"... I just didnt wan´t to eat more nuts or toasted cocnut or dried fruits because they are so high in carbs and ccal.
