what the heck

k, im new to this stuff. I dont go on diets, i have never had to in my life, but now im 18 and im under weight, so im on here trying to gain 15 lbs and looking on these diets, everything is to lose weight and if they are to gain weight they are for men!! I have a very fast mtabolism and lose weight quickly so my body is burning off more calories than im taking in, this is so hard. 6 meals a day, 3000 calories, how the heck am i supposed to do that. Oh did I forget to mention, I have a very active 18 month old son, and they want me to excersize 3 times a week and eat 6 times a day,where do i get the time..can someoe help me please..
