Day three

Ofcourse I started the day like always, carrying my little girl (13kg) to the kindergarden... what was different today was that because of the snow, frost and raining the walk was pretty difficault, I really had to watch out so I would´nt fall with my precious in my hands.
Because it was a difficault night, my daughter woke up about 5 times, I really had to take a nap before going to the gym. So I slept from 9- 11 and then went to the gym. I calculated what I burnt in the gym... I think I´m crazy but it was total of 1500kkal!!! :O I was suprised.... Although I sweat like a pig (I was covered in sweat) and am really tired right now so it measures up.
I´m going to my friends summerhouse this weekend, witch means vacation for mommy, and I´m going to eat healthy but have a little vine though hope it dosen´t ruin the whole proccess for me.
Breakfast: Herbalife shake.
Lunch: 100ml of mixed, dry roasted nuts and 1 mandarin.
Coffe (or afternoon snack): Herbalife sjeik and a pear.
Dinner: I will probably have somthing on the way... veggies, fruits... and... hmm.... something high in protein... Can´t choose nuts again.... cause they are high in fat (good fat) and today I´ve eaten 31g of fat... witch is kind of my limit.
