As week number one comes to an end I hve realized that I have not been as good as I should have been. I missed three workouts in a row. The first was my fault. I went to sleep and didn't take the time I should've for me before I went to the store. The second was Robbies fault. He didn't have to work until late and when he is home he takes over the tv and living room and doesn't ven think about what any on else might want. The living room is the only place I have to work out. I would have gone outside and walked but it is like 20 degrees outside. Not exactly my type of outdoor weather. Today was my third missed work out. I went shopping instead, my mom can't lift the dog food bag and her dogs needed food. I would make time to work out other than in the morning but my three month old only sleeps between midnight and 8 am. So I have to get evrything I can done between 6 and 8 in the morning.
On the other hand thi week oming up is going to be better. I have found a way to track my ntrients without getting too far in depth. I just gotta remeber what I eat. WORKOUT WORKOUT WORKOUT. I am gonna work my butt off this week, LITERALLY!
