First Week

Well, I have finished my first week and have lost a total of 3.5 pounds. at this rate I should be at my goal weight by September. I have made a promise to myself to get in the best shape of my life. By the end of this process I will have lost just under 50 lbs. Now if only I could get through my abs routine without wanting to barf.
