I'm starting my fitness blog.  My weight today: 150.8 pounds.  My goal 138.  My plan involves a fitness and nutrition diary (which is constantly evolving), my lovely membership to the YMCA and healthy'ish eating.  I hate dieting because I immediately feel deprived before I start, so I'm teaching myself to make better decisions.  That being said, tonight is Sunday Night Supper at my parents house.  Every Sunday night we get together and have a huge meal with my Grandmother, parents, brother and sister-in-law, 2 sisters, my brother-in-law and my boyfriend.  The 10 of us eat an awesome meal prepared by my chef father and drink good red wine.  Totally not condusive to my new desire to like my body.

So, today I ate breakfast at my 2nd favorite breakfast place (the Hitchin Post) and had a cheese omlete with 2 pieces of wheat toast.  I'm sure it was at least 600 calories (ouch).  Then I had some cheese, crackers and chicken salad for a snack followed by a Gray Goose martini at the moment.  I'm preparing to eat pork roast, carrots, salad and some sort of process carbohydrate I shouldn't put in my body.  I did 25 squats with the medicine ball in the basement today when I was waiting for the computer to un-freeze, but today is the 3rd day in my exercise routein when I don't go to the gym (2 work out days, 1 rest)

I just want to say that I greatly appreciate any constructive comments made here.  If you think I'm doing great, please tell me!  If you think I'm completely backwards and need serious help...tell me!  I need any and all help.....Lets cheer on each other!
