Week 5

Monday
Going to start doing a weekly log that I just add to. I've been doing an ok job of eating although I haven't been getting on here and logging everything. I still haven't figured out how to plan and then have it post as done. Need to work on that. I've kept up with the treadmill and added crunches last week. I'm only doing 25, but it feels more like 125!
Have a ballgame tonight. I already have my dinner and snacks packed so I wont have to fall to rely on the concession stand.
Tuesday
Had a good diet day. Was home and had my son in bed by 9 so I got on the treadmill and had a really good walk. Added the crunches like I have at the end of the last couple of walks. Going to try and do the only workout dvd I own tomorrow. I haven't done one of those in a while, in fact the ones I used to do are only on VHS at our house and we don't have a VHS player any more. Apparently it's been awhile since I've done exercise videos.
Made it through another ball game. Took my cooler bag with healthier snacks and water. Had some popcorn although I was saved by my son and his rowdy friends diving into the bag and keeping me from eating too much. I really feel for the people that have to clean up the place.
Wednesday
Had a good workout day. The diet could use a little fine tuning, although I didn't eat alot I just ate terrible, LOTS of carb. Just got off the treadmill. Tried doing the workout DVD but could not figure out the moves quick enough to keep up or make it worthwhile. Poor husband called as I was giving it my last effort. He took some of the brunt of my frustration! Poor guy. I think I've given the weight loss enough effort that I can buy a dvd without feeling like I'm throwing more money down the drain. I put out a blog to get some ideas. We'll see which ones get suggested.
