I had to finally break down and give myself that mental nudge regarding procrastinating. Every year at the same time , same day of the week but just a different year I say things are going to be different. I had my daughter, the last of three children, almost nine years ago and gained quit a bit of weight. Prior to my last pregnancy I was 162 lbs.. I have been struggling for years to get to those numbers. I have tried many diets knowing the consequences would out-weigh the benefit of such outrageous weight lose trips, with the same results (gaining two or three times the number of pounds lost) and being left with that same sense of hopelessness. Well I'm done feeling sorry foe myself and have jumped on the band -wagon of diet and exercise, the only true way to lose and maintain a healthy weight. I know this journey won't be easy, but I have always loved a challenge.
