Hey, I'm Andrea and this year I turn 21. I have always been slightly overweight and it's something I've always tried to deal with but never suceeded. I figured this was this year I start my diet and exercise and follow through with it. Now the only problem is finding a good exercise program to follow.
When I get to the gym, I push myself, I don't let up, but the only problem is knowing which machines I should be using. I don't want to really build much muscle, I want to lose weight and tone. I'm hoping to lose around 20-30 lbs, but I don't know what to do. I've been told so many different things... I'm confused about it all. The dieting is relatively easy until dinner comes around, but even that I'm managing pretty well, it's just the exercise.
I'm wondering... can anyone help me? Can anyone suggest a program where I can turn my duck-shaped body into something more feminine and sexy? (Oh and that reference was to say, a majority of my weight is in the lower mid-section, my hips and thighs... lol)
