So i skipped on on writing on day 1....kinda feel like its a jinx to start from day 1 and go on...usually thats when i give up (or at least have in the past). So a little about me: im 24 (25 in February) and i want to get back down to the weight i was at 18 and the fitness level i was at (135 and worked out 30 mins a day x 6 days a week). I am currently at 161, which is actually good for me considering in september when i left my ex husband i was at 185. So all in all, i have already started this journey....just need to make it past the 2nd half.

How i did it so far? Hmmm....well i stopped binge eatting like i did with my ex husband. I didnt care what i put in my mouth and usually ate all my food and part of his. Now i dont finish everything i eat and try not to eat when im bored (yeah, sounds easy....but it isnt). I was also working out before i moved (oh yeah, i moved 2000 miles away from him) and was doing good (about 4x a week for 20 mins a day), but not great.

So here i am, half way and not satisfied. So im starting to sctaully count my calories (ughhhhh...hate that, makes me feel like im in prison or something). So far so good, but its only day 2 of calorie counting. And im doing a new workout plan that starts with the first week:
20 min walk/jog/run
20 pushups
20 sit-ups

Every week i will at 5 to each till i get to 50 and hopefully i can lower the walk time by actaully running and then i will take it down to 30 min run (about 3 miles i hope) and 50 on the other two.

So wish me luck! i Need it, lol.
