Hello, name is Erika I'm 21 years old and on Active Duty in the US Navy. I'm married to a US Marine. I've been in the Navy 3 years now. I remember coming into the Navy i weighed around 145 lbs, and i was 18 years old. Coming out of boot camp i was the same weight pretty much, just better toned. Ever since moving to my new duty station i've gained a large amount of weight in only 3 years. I'm now at 213lbs. I'm finally needing to loose this weight for myself, and for the NAVY. I have to weigh 173 lbs, and i have until March to get down to that weight (every 6 months we have to do a Physical Rediness Test (PRT) to make sure we are in standards. So that would mean by March 21st I have to lose 40 lbs at least. that gives me about 65 days or so. I'll be starting my workouts tomorrow. Below is my Training plans. I'm currently on the Nutrisystem Diet, but I'm going to start hitting it hard along with my exercise, and water drinking. The one reason behind me gaining all of this weight is because I've never had to cook for myself before, and my Husband and I eat out alot! Which is stopping today! Luckily he is gone for training right now until the 21st of Jan. So that should make it eaisy to start the diet. I will keep posting every day, tomorrow will be day 1, wish me luck!!
