Third day

As the third day comes to an end, I can look back at a smooth beginning. Before, I used to fast for three days before starting with a calorie-controlled diet. This time, I just accepted that my weight was going to fluctuate wildly during the first days. And it did! When I first started to diet, I used an application on my Palm organiser, which showed me the trend (deduced from my daily weigh-ins). When my weight was going down, it showed this, and also how much it was going down. Not just for today, but taking the recent trend with it as well. It's a shame FitClick doesn't provide this, as it gives you feedback on just how well you are doing. Doing the exercises is challenging, but not as hard as I expected, and the fact that I'm alternating between Cardio (Running) and Weights (Gym) makes every day a bit different, which works great for me. Of course, some of my muscles aren't too pleased with the change in lifestyle, but I'm sure they will get used to it, given enough tlc (stretching). Another thing that is (fortunately) different this time around is the hunger feeling. When I first started out, I had trouble sleeping at night, because my stomach was empty. Even though I'm having a similar amount of calories now (1500 a day), it seems I'm not as hungry as I remember being last time around. Might also be my memory cheating me again, though... All in all, I'm happy and hope to be when I check progress again at the end of the week. Signing off today, Nanu nanu your hugeness
