While I sit at work and think about things the more I realize I want to lose weight, I don't want to be lazy OR eat foods that make me feel crappy anymore. Unfortunately since today was unplanned it has been a HORRIBLE day if you think about the fat and calories i've consumed. I tracked it anyway.. I want to be able to see what I would eat before I started watching it. Hopefully it will show my progress in a positive light. With the lack of money, for healthier foods than Top Ramen for lunch, it will be a challenge to accomplish this. I am willing to try however so hopefully I will be able to get creative. The other challenge will be exercise without a gym membership. I don't have any at home equipment or weights but I DO have dogs that would love to go running everynight. I will use them to help me along and hopefully i'll find a weight substitution soon. Another thing I should look into is finding some DVD's that will help me with conditioning and strength.. Maybe I should make a check list.

I'll weigh in later today but just wanted to start this blog while I "feel" motivated (all being said while sitting behind a desk at work).

To Do:
- Create distance plan with dogs (walking/jogging)
- Find workout DVD's that are worth it
- Weigh in
- Make a food plan for a week at a time
- DRINK WATER
- Make sure the food plan i'm starting is the right way to go.
