Need to push myself

So I started my diet yesterday and today was the first time I weighed in. I'm at 213 lbs. and I have 100 lbs. to lose as I'm only 5 feet tall. I haven't had a hard time sticking to the eating plan I've set for myself it's the exercise that's the problem for me. I feel so tired all the time and just getting up to clean the house is more of a chore than it should be. I can't give up! I just need to keep pushing myself to get off the couch and start exercising. I'm going to get on the Wii and do some boxing and Wii fit. I just need to find the motivation and not be so lazy.
