Day 1.. ish

Today was interesting. I PT'd with the students here at the Training Command. We did a lot of Calistenics, and ran a little under 2 miles. I felt like I had a great workout today, I have not yet weighed myself. I will try and do that everyother day, sooo tomorrow morning is the day. I'm hoping for a good reslut. I've been sticking to my nutrisystem meals pretty good. and today after my workout, I took my Cocker Spaniel "Champ" out for a long walk, which we both enjoyed. Then I came home and took a relaxing bubble bath, and soaked my feet in some Sauna Boots from Bath and Body Works; which work GREAT!! :) .
Along with my dieting and exercising I'm going to try and get to bed earlier every night around 8-9. I get up in the morning at 0520, and make it out of the bed usually by 0530. I procastinate a lot with getting out of the bed, especially since It's so comfortable.
I also got some great advice today to help me out on my pushups. For my "PRT" I'm required to do 17 for the minimum. One of my superiors told me to start out with doing 10 pushups 3 times a day in sets of 2 or more. and every week move that number up by one, until you've at least reached 20. This is some great advice, because i tend to have trouble with the pushups. So at the most this will take is 2 minutes for each session to do the pushups and It's only taking 8 minutes out of my day. Hopefully i can start doing that.
Well wish me luck with the weigh in tomrrow morning, I will post tomorrow evening. It's currently 1921, I need to take the dogs out, get ready for bed, and call my husband (he will be home in 1 1/2 weeks). Thanks for listening. ;)
