Jan. 13th.
Went off track today. Ate breakfast, but skipped lunch. Had a Weight
Watchers for dinner.
On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being THE perfect meal-plan day. I would say I
was a 7.
Contemplating the exercise part.... (groan)
