Current Weight: 209, I've lost 4 lbs in 2 days! I'm excited. But instead of the weigh myself everyother day idea, i'm gonna push it back to once a week. That way I'm not obsessing about my weight. Hope that helps.

Today was a great day for the most part. With the students we got out and ran about 4 miles. Which felt great. My main goal for this first month with the running is not to stop. Next month I will set another goal for myself. If your not a runner like me the best thing to do to get started is to NEVER stop! No matter how slow you are running, always keep the movements of running up so you can build on the muscles you need. Also try and set goals when you run. While your running and you feel yourself struggling look ahead and find something in the distance to mark and say "I'm gonna run to that tree without stoping" Then after that one find another and so forth. That really helps me out with I run. Also, anytime you get to a hill, pick up the pace, make longer strides, and look at the ground. With me it's a mind game for the hills.. If I can't see that i'm running up it, it makes for a quicker and easier run.

After our run today, i went home, changed out of my sweaty clothes and walked my Yorkshire Terrior "Aiko" on a long walk as more of a cool down for me. I alternate my dogs with walking them, they are puppies and it's very difficult to walk them together. lol.

After the walk, I took another long bubble bath and now i'm relaxing on the couch playing on facebook. If any of yall are interested in being friends, send me a message on here for facebook! :)

So during my walk i was felling really sick, but i walked still. During my bath it really hurt, felt like i had to throw up. I really have no idea what caused it, and its finally starting to go away. I don't think i've felt this bad for a while.

Well with not feeling good, and being so exhausted from the run I'm heading to bed!! :) Night!

1 MORE THING.. Anyone know how to post Nutrisystem meals on here.. or can you. To tell you the truth I haven't even tried yet.
