Argh, so I've been doing great! I woke up today with really bad cramps! Damn you PMS! Going to the gym was the best thing for me...I worked my ass off! Went to the store and stocked up on all my healthy low fat goodies and I'm ready to take on those monthly munchies...bring it on!!
Hopefully, Monday mornings weigh-in won't be effected to much. I'll work extra hard for a better number next week.
