My first day here on this site

Hello everyone My name is Jon and this is my first day here at Fitclick.I have been searching this site and found some very interesting workouts and plans.I am a 42yr male who is trying to lose 20 lbs in six months.I did a workout from here yesterday and wow was is good. Today I'm a little sore but lokking forward to more.
