Been at it for a month

I started working out a month ago today. I have only skipped 2 days. I always want fast results and if I don't get them I usually give up. I haven't this time. I have lost 8 pounds over the last month and about 2 inches off my waist. I have to be careful with my calorie intake. I tend to be obsessive compulsive and will end up lowering my calorie intake to a point that isn't healthy and then I end up binging. But I'm staying positive. Hey, I lost 75 pounds. I think I can handle another 10 or so.
