Uhg! I feel like an old train that fell off the tracks! My body is sore just from the little bit of exercises that I have set up on my workouts! I have been out of commission for a long time and now I am feeling just how much I let myself go!
I hope I can stick to this as I don't want to be who I am anymore- a big ol couch potato! I want to climb trees with my kids again and do more housework and just plain feel better!
