Yea, I made it a week today. And it wasn't bad at all. Still sticking to the low fat diet. Had to change some of the meals. We found we didn't like the meals by Amy. This week we are changing the meals from the ones we don't like and matching up the calories and fat grams with the ones we do like. I Like Healthy choice and so we have no problems there. So nice when two of us are on this and I don't really do much cooking. And when I do, it really is  easy. One night we had scalloped potatoes and it was so easy to fix and while it was cooking I walk on my treadmill.  I am using the recipes that are here on the FitClick and it really has been no  trouble with most. Just the dinners,  you just have to find the ones you like and change them up so it doesn't become the same old same old. Otherwise you get bored and then it's off the diet again. I just love the breakfasts they recommended. 
I haven't weighed in yet. I saw where a trainer recommended not weighing in but once a month. So I am going to try that. Carl he has weighed in. oh he weighs everyday. So today was his weigh-in day and he lost 6 lbs. wow I  also know I feel better. and I can walk better now. Still have a long ways to go. I still have a positive attitude and that is what it takes. Still haven't made it up to 20 minutes on the treadmill. I think if I could go outside and walk I would make it. But just don't want to go out in the cold yet. So I will keep pushing myself on the treadmeal.Well that is all for today. Good luck and hope everyone had a great week. Sueyq
