Weekend is here!

Well, first week is in the books and it had its ups and downs for sure.  I did not cheat on my food intake once and it paid off with me losing 10lbs in 6 days.  I have now completed my first week of working out at the Gym and will also be doing cardio at home on Saturday's and Sunday's.  My goal to lose 100 lbs is still intact and heading in the right direction.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and make great choices!
