Taking Control.!!!!!

I feel great.! Today i went bowling in the morning and bowled 3 games....Which DOES count as an exersize.LOL After that i came home for a brief moment then headed off to the YMCA. I did five minutes of running on the treadmill then did 25 minutes of brisk walking. I went from there to a machine where you pull yourself up.! MAN IM HEAVY.! LOL. That went ok. my arms were tired though! I did for a whol minute and 30 seconds.!! I went from there to the eliptical,! WOAH! That takes some workk.!! HOLEY MOLEY. haa. This past week i lost 5 pounds.!! I feel very confident that i can do it now.! hopefull going to see some results from that workout soon!! Keep ya posted.!!!
