I haven´t made a blog in a while, just haven´t had the time og the longing for it. I been doing okay I guess, I´m still very drepressed but hopefully that will get better with time.
I have been exercising every day except on sunday cause my fiancé went out hunting and then we had to go to a birthday party so I didn´t have the time... instead I had CAKE!!!!!! I´m still upset about it... I really don´t know why I am upset about it because it was such a small slice and it probably won´t do any harm at all... maybe it´s just because I´m feeling depressed.
I´m going to a weigh in after one hour. Because I feel so stressed about it I have only eaten 200 kkal today and it´s 17:00. I exercised today, I walk fast on a treadmill for 10 min just to start sweating, walked uphill on a treadmill for 45 min and manage to walk 4.7 km during that time and then I ran for 25 min and hit 3.2 km in that time. After I did 300 crunches didn´t feel like lifting weights.
Tonight´s dinner is going to be a bruchetta with lots of fresh tomatoes, spinach and red onion and skyr with berries... skyr is a traditional icelandic yoghurt it´s low calorie, non-fat and very high in protein.
