The weight is over

Today I was very good! That is just one day you say.  I am learning that today is all that I have. I have, like many others wanted a profound weight loss in a short period of time.
Yesterday I made a weight tracker and realized that I am on track to lose 100 lbs in a year. I am losing weight at the rate of 2lbs per week. As I dragged my target weight column downward in my Excel spreadsheet and the pounds continued to diminish, I realized that is how I have to do it - one week, one day at a time. I just have to keep with it.
Two pounds per week seems minescule, certainly not the massive 100 lbs that I could lose. But I realize that what I want to do hear is make a lifestyle change. I don't want to lose weight just to be "fine". I want to live in good health. I want to live free of disease. I want to be the helper, not the "helped".
I don't want to look like Jillian. I know that picture of her is a bad photoshop job. I want to be the best me I can be.
So for me the wait is over. The wait over having my weight problems be a problem is over. Everyday I will do something to make this thing a lifestyle thing, not a problem weight thing.
