Hi Every body, i am Kathy .

i am 56 yrs. old and when i wasn't looking  some one put 40 lbs on my ass and stomach.
now i gotta go online and find a diet plan that is completly different from what i eat now.
like cake, donuts, candy bars,ya know all the good stuff.
As a chocaholic it's hard to find a diet that allows me to eat choclate  or donuts or candy.
If any one tells you it is not  as addicting as crack, punch them in the mouth, because i am here to tell you IT IS JUST AS ADDICTING AS CRACK.
It nags at me ALL day, it whispers to me, it calls to me," just one taste, one bite,no body will know" but i know and once i have a bite i'm off to the races. I can't have a little bite,i won't be able to stop.
You know how people say about alcoholics " one is to many and a hundred is not enought" .
well thats me .
i buy candy on line and it gets delivered to me then i hide it around the house,so i can sneek it when no one is around.
So first thing i think of soon as i wake up is: do I have enough for the day, where did i put it,
can i have sum of it now or should i wait,
no one is around during the day so i can eat it without getting caught. i wrap the candy wrappers, and other things in my dogs pee papers so there is no evidence(isn't that cleaver of me!!!!)
I am in a sugar HELL!!!!!!,i lie about, i deny i had some ,   and i betray my Husband every day that i do have something, yeah it's a berayal daily because i have DIABETiS,i'v had it almost 17 years, and i could care less.
I don't take my insulin like i should, i don't check my blood sugars and i don't watch what i eat.veggies have no earthly need to me.
never ate them as a kid won't eat them now.
My husband thinks i am going to die if i keep eating sugar, and he worrys about me, if he sees me eating some thing, he won't say anything, he just puts him head down and shakes his head.
 So thats the betrayal.
so here i am trying to do better, i am looking for a diet that is realistic and a fitness program i can live with.
I am willing to commit to losing Wt. but i don't want to kill my self trying.
I am disabled and i have alot of trouble walking but i can stand for a little bit if my back holds out.
i am asking for your help ,i need a simple but effective work out plan.

CAN ANY ONE HELP ME !!!!!!!!????
