                        Staying Healthy
This has been a journey this past 5 years. I went to La Weight Loss, learned how to eat (my own food) , make better choices  to lose weight. I didn't take none of their foods. I lost 41-42 pounds . I started in Jan. of 2004. In July of 2004 I made it to my goal. I don't want to blame gaining 8 pounds and not excersing on things in my life, I just got off track and would like to get back on. I need support to be accountable. I thought this would be a fun way to get support, log my food again, and it is Free. Don't have time to go to a support system in person. I have to many grandkids that need me.  I just started drinking my 8 waters aday. Now it is making better choices of food, so I am starting to make my food bag daily of what I can eat during the day til I get home. So what ever is in my bag, and cannot eat nothing else til dinner. When you eat the right food, do  a litte excersise, the pounds and inches do drop. Good luck to all . Blessing to all.
