A new tactic

I´m going to try new tactic, change my diet a bit. I´m still going to exercise as much as I do but I´m going to lift more weights.
The plan is to eat fruits and protein for breakfast, I make this great fruit and spinach smoothie wich is full of vitamins and minerals and add protein powder to it. Ofcourse I´m going to make all kind of fruit smoothies so I will get different meal every day. If you want the recipe for the best smoothie in the world it is 250 ml orange juice (fresh and 100%), 50 ml frozen mango, 1/4 of banana, 30 g of spinach. Sometimes I add a bit of coconut flakes just to get a bit of good fats and I always add protein powder.
Protein and veggies for lunch, protein for afternoon snack and protein and veggies for dinner. I´m going to use most of fresh veggies. And for protein at dinner time I´m going to use all kind of beans, chicken or turkey, eggs and fish. For protein for lunch it is going to be eggs, dried fish (icelandic product), skyr (icelandic product) and protein shakes.
I think this will work, I´m going to try it for a week and see how it goes.
