so today i finally went back to the gym and i loved it. I did my usual cardio for 30min and did a circuit which gets all my body parts sore and i will continue this circuit for about 2weeks then i will start to isolate the muscles. Later on tonight i will get back on my treadmill and run again for 30min or who knows? I just need to make this a part of my daily routine and i know i will see results.. keep up the good work all of you..
