Weigh-In 2

I have decided to weigh myself every Thursday morning. If I go too long without getting on the scale I'm afraid that I will lose my motivation. Once a week seems like a good plan to me. Today I was 135.0. Over the past week I have only lost 0.4lbs but I also moved back into school skipped the gym a few too many times & had minor trouble eating well while adjusting to school. This small bump in the road made me really look at my past week and figure out what changes need to be made. So I am confident I will be back on track now. For a really tough week I did good. I still lost even just a little but more importantly I didn't gain! Now that I have this new found motivation I'm ready to tackle the next week.
Now it is time to get back too it! I'm pumped for this next week!!
