My first day was a little hard, since I have to watch wat i eat...but even thought i ate good i stayed within my calorie count limit....It's increible how u can eat and feel full, but you are in a diet.. well this is day #2 planning my food for the day, i will start with oatmeal for breakfast. feeling motivated...
